The staff were great and very nice. the location by the lake was magnificent. It is a short walk to the harbor, bus station, pirate boat pier, and the Museum.

Perfectly fine place for a visit to Hakone with incredible location to all the local attractions and great services. Tasty and savoury meals. Location very close to Onshi Hakone Park and Ancient Cedar Avenue and pirate boat ferry and the bus stop and wharf. Great choice for trip.

Jemsty Inn Hakone Ashinoko is a fantastic place to unwind in a peaceful setting, conveniently located near the Akashi ferry pier, which is the departure point for the pirate boats, as well as the beautiful lake and bus stop. the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the coffee and breads we tried; everything was delicious and savory.

The room at Jemsty Inn Hakone Ashinoko is heated well and is reasonably large. the spacious bathroom is a great feature. the location is fantastic, situated near the ferry port, police station, restaurants, bus stops. Private parking right outside the inn adds to the convenience of staying there.

The location here is great, just a short walk to the Hakone Ekiden Museum, and I enjoyed the delicious food options available for meals.

The location was great for us as it was very close to a ship terminal and only 300 meters from Lake Ashi.
